Electrical commissioning & maintenance engineer

Shell petroleum company: from 2000-2011 as supervisor electrical engineer. PETRO-CANADA (SUNCOR): from 2011 till now as electrical supervisor engineer. Being responsible for supervising ,activities, planning, developing and maintenance .

•Supervising the day to day operation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to electrical plant and equipment in assigned field, covering diesel generators , control units, LV/HV motors &control circuits, transformers& power cables 33.20.6,6.0,4 KV ,power distribution system associated with switchgear.
•Senior Electrical Authorized Person (SEAP) to execute and supervise all electrical switching programs for high voltage and low voltage equipment and execute the required testing and issue PTW, SFT, LOA permits according to the ESR’s
•Knowledge the company health, safety and environment policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to the area of my responsibility, and ensure that they are effectively implemented in domain
•Supervise and direct the day to day operation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities ensure that maintenance is carried out in accordance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, engineering, technical standards and safety and environment requirements.
•Plans workshop activities for overhauls.
•Participate in Risk assessment and HAZOP reviews.
•High experience with MAXIMO maintenance program
•Participate in complex maintenance and repair activities carried out by specialists, as required. Participates in shutdown and major overhaul activities by carrying out shutdown preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties as assigned by senior support engineers, implements and observes the company’s HSE policies and procedures
1-Update and issue pre-commissioning /final -commissioning plan of work.
2-Manage and coordinate pre-commissioning /final -commissioning with other disciplines.
3-Manage the Documentations of pre-commissioning /final -commissioning.
•Checks and inspects the materials of the project to be ensure they conform to required specifications and standards of the company.
