Professional Experience

Since 01/08/2012 I am working in Yemen Company for Flour Mills and Silos as a planning Engineer, during this work I experience in the following:
-Prepare preventive maintenance programs for the equipments as recommended by manufacturers and considering experience.
-Co–ordinate with Maintenance in–charges/supervisors in connection with calibration of instruments and monitoring re-calibration schedules.
-Prepare & analyze downtime reports, preventive maintenance performance reports & machine spare part consumption reports and any other reports required by chief engineer or GM / DGM.
-Do plan for machine over hauling, modification and relocation.
-Carry out equipment coding of new equipment/ asset.
-Prepare & Organize proper establishment of all kinds of technical engineering drawings.
-Perform all jobs entrusted to me by the management from time to time.
-Prepare & update data & records required for ISO & OHSAS&FSMS&EHS.

Eductation

•2006 –2011: Taiz University, Faculty of Engineering & IT
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering- department of Industrial and manufacturing system engineering with cumulative grade of (82.7%).

•7th to 9th May 2013:
IQC Company, India.
Quality management system ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Course.
•15th to 20th June 2013:
AL-Saeed Institute for Engineering, Taiz, Republic of Yemen.
