Presently, I am employed with Chinese EPC MNC SEPCO In Plant & Machinery Dept. Bilaspur.I am looking Maintenance Engineer in Mining & Construction Equipment (P&M), Erection and Mechanical Maintenance & Installations work of all Equipment’s.

CURRENT JOB

 Currently working as SR. Mechanical Engineer in Plant Machinery & Equipment (Assets) Department at Chinese EPC MNC “SEPCO ELECTRIC POWER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION Ltd” at 6*600 MW KMPCL Thermal Power Project, Akaltara, Bilaspur, (C.G.) from 19th March 2012.

Nature of Job: Planning and Execution of P&M Dept. as a Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Key Member in the Implementation of Machinery O&M and Safety at site.
 Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Mines & Construction Equipment’s.
 Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of all Machinery.
 Diesel Engine, Hydraulic & Pneumatic System of Vehicle, Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Dumper, Compressor, Batching Plant, Concrete Pump, Transit Mixture, Gantry Crane, Tower Crane, Crawler Crane, Hydra, Winch Machine, Lifting Tools & Tackles Machinery etc.
 Fully conversant with Mechanical Safety norms and local authorities requirement.
 Ability to handle new machines commissioning and installation Heavy equipment.
 Preparing daily check list, maintenance report & supervising maintenance daily to daily basis.
 Daily general inspection of Construction &Earthmoving equipment.
 Inventory Control and Cost Control.
 Preparing spare parts schedule and arranging to procure them.
 Manpower planning, Job prioritization, resource management.
 Coordinator between Machine & Man Power.
 Maintain Contract Management for Rent & Contractual Machinery
 Execution & Documentation for subcontractor machineries.
 Managing Sub-Contractor Machinery.
 Maintaining the details of insurance and TPI of machineries.
 Investigation of all Machinery Accident & taken corrective action.
 Leadership quality can handle manpower and lead a Site.
