• Operation & Maintenance of Field Instruments
(Regulation Valve, Flow transmitters, Pressure Transmitters & Switches (Danfoss), Level Transmitters, I/P
converters, Pressure Gauges, Load Cell, RTD, Thermocouple, ph Meters, Proximity Sensors, Pressure Regulators,
Encoders)
• Calibration of Field Instruments.
• Handling of temperature indicators such as Select, Radix, West .
• Installation and Operations of VFDs (ABB, Lenze, Gefran, TeleMechanique, Emerson, Delta,
Combivert),PLCs (Siemens, Omron, ABB, Wika), HMIs (Siemens, ABB) & working knowledge of drive
interfacing softwares.
• Parameter setting in VFDs.
• Instrumentation Operation and Maintenance of Textile Machines, Utilities & Power plant.
• Attending Machine Breakdowns.
• Responsible for Maintaining Calibration Schedule and Calibration Checklist.
• Responsible for Maintaining Schedule for Maintenance & Breakdown records.
• Operation and Maintenance of Motors.
• Referring Control Circuit diagrams.
• Operation of Calibrating Instruments.(Dead Weight Tester (High Pressure Calibrator), Low Pressure
Calibrator, Temperature Calibrator, Load cell Calibrator)
