Seeking a position in Sale Operations where I will be able to provide a keen understanding of best sales operations and sales back office practices.

More than 5 years’ experience in various roles related to marketing and Sales Operations within the Sales Support group. Being the point of contact for the Sales Team, Professional Services, Marketing, Finance and other departments. Responsible for a Sales Support team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead Generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. Responsible for CRM / sales force data inputs and other sales support functions.
Strong background in bidding and proposals preparation , Administer contracts and liaises with customers on all contractual matters Prepare and maintains contract documentation, internal reports and prepare contract amendments and contract change proposals
Strong knowledge in Memberships renewals - track status and meet partner requirements, Specialization – applications, re-certifications, administering partner channels &portals,(Oracle,EMC,HP,Cisco,VMware,Symantec,Citrix,Fujitsu)
