 Job Responsibilities

 Processed data into PMU Software of individual clients, Fleet clients & banks clients.
 Co-ordinate with coordinator, officers and all over staff for any matter relating to the department
 Maintained filing for all type of policies and put on the serial.
 Received payments through cheques / credit cards from the clients by riders & in office.
 Daily send Reports related to the payment Statement, Data processed Statement & Others, which Concern to the Manager.


 U-FONE GSM
Working in UFONE GSM (PAK TELECOM MOBILE LIMITED)
As Customer services executive in Ufone contact centre.
From January 2009 till date.

 Job Responsibilities

 Online nadra verification from customers to activate their sim connections.
 Facilate to Customers for their required value added services & activation
 Provide online information to customer for required information about all packages of calls, sms, internet, value added services.
 Log customer complaints for their relevant issues regarding network issue,gprs & mms issues,others as well.
 Coordinate with senior supervisors & floor managers regarding to customer issues and queries & report to inbound manager.
 Follow the company SOP according to the customers requirements.
