Maintenance of rotary equipments

Heading Maintenance department (Mechanical)
 Maintenance(PM and BM) of all rotary equipments like pumps, compressors (screw, reciprocating, Centrifugal), blowers, gas engines, diesel engines, Gas Turbines, cooling towers, Hydraulic Cranes, Emergency Diesel generators and Static equipments like Seperators,Heat exchangers, cooling towers, Heaters, columns, Storage tanks, Filters. All kinds of valves and some steam Traps.
 Minimum and maximum material identification, VED analysis, Initiation of Purchase requisitions in SAP, Identification of vendors, Material inspection, clearing the payments to the vendor through SAP. Familiar in SAP MM module and PM module, Contract management, preparation of budget estimations and back up files, Budget tracking in SAP.
 Piping
 Pre commissioning and commissioning of gas plants and equipments
 Vibration analysis
 Mechanical job planning in weekly manner(material & manpower)
 Participating in HAZOP study, Risk assessment, conducting tool box meetings, Preparing JSA for Hot work and critical activities, preparation of SMPs. Taken a lead role in getting ISO-14001 and OSHAS certificates,preparation of platform top side certification by DNV.
 Hydro testing of pressure vessels, planning of completion of IPMs(ensuring equipment availability >95%), pressure safety valves CFTs. Load testing of offshore cranes by IDLR, lifting tools and tackles load testing etc.,
