Seeking to capitalize on the rich experience acquired in engineering management of business operations, in an advanced career position with a reputed company operating in the Gulf

-Associated with ExxonMobil Egypt for almost 11 years now and spearheading countrywide M&R services since June 2009. Roll out and execute safety, quality and control procedures within the framework of company’s Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS).
-Manage M&R operations of geographically divergent 300+ facilities, construction of new facilities, renovations, contracting, deployment, supervision, performance assessment, and control of CAPEX/OPEX spend.
-Implement procedures and best practices to establish desired level of performance in terms of response time, resources mobilization, turnaround time, service quality, safety & reliability. Ability to manage risk and emergencies.
-Strong Electromechanical engineering background with knowledge and experience in selection, installation and maintenance of fuel station’s equipment comprising pumps/dispensers, ATG, tanks and lines, power generators, firefighting equipment, HVAC, etc.
-Thoroughly experienced in development, implementation and assessment of Operation Integrity Management & Control systems, and SHE system (Behavior based system – work control procedure)
-Previous experience in operation & maintenance of large road tunnel that include SCADA System, HVAC, Elevators, Air Circulators, Firefighting systems, etc. Experienced in installation and testing of SCADA.
-A multi-tasking leader with excellent planning, organizational, technical and reporting skills capable of preparing and evaluating tasks in managing department’s services while meeting established KPIs.
