34 years of wide and intensive working experience from various industrial instrumentation as an instrumentation QC inspector, supervisor, pre-commissioning & maintenance lead man, mainly field installation and inspection, calibration, loop-function test, plant preventative maintenance trouble-shooting, shut down, tie-in activities with oil & gas field, liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant, petrochemical, power plant, compressor & boiler with various control and automation system. Supervised the field construction activities, plant operation maintenance & inspection with project requirements and various documents like AFC drawings and standard drawings, DEP,ILD, FLD, P & ID etc.
Have good experience of 34 years in the field of process instrumentation erection, commissioning and maintenance in oil & gas field and petrochemical industries. Execution of calibration, commissioning & maintenance of instrument for pressure, flow, level and temperature loops from Rosemount, Honeywell, Foxboro, yokogawa etc., hook-up with DCS viz., Honeywell, TDC 3000, Foxboro IA series, Foxboro spec-200, yokogawa centum models. Having experience in trouble shooting of safe guarding system logics, shutdown operations in oil gathering stations, pumping stations, booster stations etc., and preparation of as built & test packs. Having knowledge in QA/QC activities and computerized data & documentation control. Specially trained for safety by Petroleum Development oman to execute jobs in hydrogen sulphide areas, gathering stations, oil fields, gas compressors etc., areas
