 Handling after Sales responsibility, interaction with customer as well as different department technically / commercially to assure precision in specification offered & delivery commitment for Projects.

 Active roles in the Planning, Organizing and Execution of Projects from order acceptance to commissioning.

 Preparing schedules and monitoring the dispatch sequence of the deliverables.

 Experienced in handling high valued including government bids and turnkey projects involving Design and Manufacturing of Power plant equipments.

 Observing the critical constraints during execution of Projects and highlighting it to Management along with possible solutions so as to solve the constraint promptly.

 Inspection of various document release of projects :

1. Technical Clearance
2. Commercial clearance & JNRO
3. Production Clearance
4. Dispatch Clearance etc.

 Commercial execution – including timely invoicing, cash flow and appropriate management reporting.



Accomplishments

 Vital Role in the success of a High Speed Project: Involved in all the stages – from delivery scheduling to contract closure of Orders with a critical delivery period. The whole project has been successfully completed within the finalized delivery period.
 Computerized Contract Management tools: Automated the contract management process by creating tools and by initiating a system wide effort to integrate the procedures into the ERP systems. This showed drastic improvement in overall efficiency of the Department and the same has been appreciated.
 Dispatch delay analysis report for FY 2010-11 in commercial department:

 Have prepared presentation on dispatch delay categorizing with delay period/ reasons/ responsible departments.
 Forwarded to concerned department for observation.
 After feedback from departments, presented to sales meet with solution proposal.
