• Responsibilities include overall planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling, estimation, execution, implementation of quality control in various activities viz., Structural Steel & Piping fabrication & installation. In piping, having an exposure of executing various materials viz., CS, SS, AS, Aluminium, Monel/Incoloy & Duplex/Super Duplex stainless steels of various grades.

• Leading & Managing the performance of the Project team, oversee & monitor the performance of contractors to optimize Project delivery in accordance with the Project scope, timeliness, quality standards and budget together with safety management targets.

• Coordination with vendors, contractors and client for site works which includes manpower/resources planning, cost controlling, progress monitoring & complete project management.

• Manage all spheres of Contracts between Co. And Client/subcontractors

• Evaluation, Review/Study Contract terms and Conditions.

• Drafting subcontractors' and finalizing Contracts.

• Having experience of working with various Indian & International Clients, Consultants & Third Party Inspection Agencies.

• Familiar with ASME Sec-IX, Sec-V, Sec-II-Part-C Codes, ASTM / ANSI /API & International Standards.

• Develop subordinates / contractors to enhance technical & competency skills.

• Conversant with MS Office – Word, Excel, Project, Primavera Project Planner (partly)

• Possess experience & knowledge in Construction Safety & HSE Plan.

• Had undergone 40hrs training for the Project Management Professional recently & planned to appear for the PMP test in the next couple of months.

BE (Mechanical)

• Presently possess over 19 years of Project experience in relevant industries like Cryogenic Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Steel, and Power Plants.

• Presently employed with M/s Tata Projects Limited, Hyderabad since Dec’2013 as AGM – BD, Costing & Estimation. Tata Projects Ltd is the infrastructure arm of TATA group of companies which is undertaking EPC projects in India & Overseas.

• Previously employed by M/s. Bilfinger Neo Structo Pvt. Ltd., Surat, Gujarat since March 1995 to Dec 2013. M/s. Bilfinger Neo Structo Pvt. Ltd is a leading Engineering & a Mechanical Construction Company in the country.

• Played a key role in the Bilfinger Neo Structo, responsible for independently managing estimation of all the Construction Projects from enquiry stage to contract realization.

• Having a strong experience in Project Management, Planning, and Execution, and have worked as Resident Construction Manager during the period between 1998 and 2004, and Project Manager/Coordinator during the period between 2004 and 2007 before taking a role of VP & Head (Contracts) in the year end 2007 at Bilfinger Neo Structo Pvt. Ltd.
