Employment History:

Now I am working as Mechanical Technician in Pakarab Fertilizer Multan from September 2011.

Two Years Apprenticeship from PAKARAB FERTILIZER Multan from July 2009 to September 2011.
Responsibilities and Skills:

Repair and Maintenance experience of following Rotary and Stationary Mechanical equipment’s.

Pumps:
Overhauling, Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Alignment of all type of centrifugal, reciprocating and multi stage pumps.

Gear Boxes:

Overhauling of all type of gear boxes.

Bearings:

Installation and removal of bearing by using of standard fitting tools and pullers.

Different Stationary and Rotary equipment’s:

 Overhauling of Blowers, Agitators and Auxiliary burners.
 Dismantling and assembling of H.T and L.T motors.
 Maintenance and overhauling of all type of valves (gate valve, globe valve, non return valve, foot valve, plug and ball valve).
 Maintenance and repair of PSV and RV.

Pressure testing:

Hydro test and pneumatic test of exchangers, safety valves and vessels by testing bench and also test in field.

Extra skills:
I have a smart knowledge of operating of some machine tools:
 Radial and magnetic drill machine
 Milling machine
 Lathe machine
 Flange Facing machine

HSE Skill:
 Execute the job with planning procedure and risk analysis
 Full focused use of right tool and machine reliability program such as measuring to tolerances.
