• Managing client budgets and resourcing, with direct management of the internal audit team, providing on-the-job coaching and performance feedback
• Reporting to senior management and C-suite executives as well as follow up of outstanding recommendations, and developing the internal audit status report for presentation at the Audit Committee
• Holding discussions with key personnel to understand and identify key risks, associated internal controls and risk mitigation strategies, and defining and documenting internal audit scopes
• Conducting walkthroughs for each area of scope to confirm understanding of key internal controls and developing/reviewing consequent work programmes (risk and control matrix) and workpapers
