Seeking for a mid-level position with a major Oil and Gas company in the fields of Logistics, materials management, Transport and Supply Chain.

Logistics and Materials Coordinator “Supply Chain Dept.” (May 2012 – Present)

 Coordinated and followed up on all inbound and outbound material shipments through entry points of airport, seaport and border crossing (More than 400 shipments a year shipped to and received from deferent suppliers such as: Baker Hughes, Cameron, Sumitomo, NOV, Weatherford, VetcoGray, Smith, Al Mansoori and SAR).
 Communicated with Suppliers` Logistics representative such as: Weatherford, Schlumberger, Nabors, Odfjell, Halliburton and MBPS.
 Requested and ensured availability of document requested for customs clearance.
 Prepared all paperwork related to import & export shipments including but not limited to exemption letters, authorization letters, export invoices…etc.
 Ensured that shipment status is monitored to insure timely delivery to Rig Site and Warehouse.
 Coordinated with freight forwarders (FedEx, DHL and UPS) for shipment export requests and evaluated price quotations comparing with delivery time.
 Maintained database of all shipment details and issued reports to all concerned end-users.
 Monitored and ensured the required equipment is match with the load out list.
