• From 2005 up to 2007 Antonio Francisco Maindo, worked as Logistic & Shipping coordinator at SDV-Shipping & Logistic Agency in Soyo “Kwanda Base”.

a) – Direct contact with ships owners; charters; importers & Exporters.
b) – Maximum knowledge regarding soyo port “Kwanda Base” function.
c) – Maximum knowledge of Radio Operator (VHF).
d) – Direct contact with port authorities for inward & Outward clearance of many type of vessel since offshore “Crude Oil Export Tanker” & onshore (Supply boat; container vsl etc.).
e) – Responsible to report all vsl movement during any type of operations (DAILY REPORT), at port stay “Soyo”.
f) – Following the delivery of shipment at receiver yard to ensure that it´s well delivered.
g) – Ensure the return of empty container from customers yard to the port.
h) – Direct contact with broker for offshore & onshore spares customs clearance .
i) – Facility & priority to contact offshore & onshore pilots.
j) – Direct contact with oilfield operators on possible export operations of crude oil.

• From 2010 up to date Antonio Francisco Maindo, is working as Crude Oil Operations Supervisor at SEATRADE, Shipping & Logistic Agency. In Luanda.

a) – Responsible for international contact with ships owner & charter.
b) Maximum knowledge regarding Angola oilfield “Malongo; Soyo & Luanda”.
c) - Maximum knowledge of Radio operator (VHF)
d) – Direct contact with oilfield operators on possible export operations of crude oil.
e) – certify with broker to ensure that, the exportation of crude oil is duly authorized by customs.
f) – Coordinate the boarding of Government authorities at oilfield “Malongo; Kizomba; block 17; block 18; block 31; etc. for vsl clearance.
g) –Vessel Proform disbursement account (PDA) & Final disbursement account (FDA) responsible.
h) – Responsible to advise vessel with pré-arrival instructions prior arrival at Loading or discharge port.
i) - Responsible to report all vsl movement during any type of operation (DAILY REPORT) at Port stay “Luanda; Soyo & Malongo”.
j) – Easy dealing with customs problem. ( Soyo & Luanda Delegation).
