QA/QC inspector

Schlumberger Oilfield Services on a position QA/QC inspector

•Responsible for compliant with Testing Services standards and guidelines
•Auditing of compliance with standards and guidelines
•Control of Pressure Test, Lifting, MPI, Calibration certificates – up to date accordingly to POM procedures
•Control uploading by field personnel all QA, COC, Type approval, DNV Certificates of units located in TUM TS into system
•Coordinate with 3rd party certificates for regular inspection of TS equipment.
•Responsible for auditing of 3rd parties compliance
•Accountable for keep up to date certificates expiry status database for re-inspection, q-check, major survey, pre-job FIT/TRIM test, etc.
•Responsible for verifying calibrations of measuring equipment
•Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians to alert for requiring inspection.
•Provide Job Supervisor with quality certification package of equipment which are loaded out for jobs.
•Responsible for the assets reported in FAL (Fixed Asset List) exist, can be located at any time and are properly reported
•Accountable for the discrepancy between FAL and system is within acceptable limit and can be explained.
•Support the operation by ensuring asset planning and coordination between Locations and GeoMarkets.
•Ensure that assets are made available in the GeoMarket for timely maintenance according to asset maintenance schedules.
•Coordinate the equipment ordering and delivery process from the Product Centre to the Location, including ensuring that the Asset is reception in system
•Responsible for tracking the logistics process involved in the equipment shipping and mobilizing
•Ensures all equipment has its Quality File and that it is kept updated.
•Monitors the process of asset maintenance and utilization in the GeoMarket and advises for improvements
•Ensures any asset disposals are completed according to financial guidelines
•Assist GeoMarket management in asset utilization
•Involved in inventory Count and PO ordering.
