Chemical Engineer

I have 2 years of hand on experience of Manufacturing.Currently i am working as Process Engineer in Chlor Alkali Industry.My key Responsibilities are
1.To Monitored and controlled whole Chloro-alkali plant during eight hours shift
2.Control Room Engineer ( Ion Exchange Membrane , Dimensionally Stable Anode (DSA) cell room and Brine Purification Plants.
3.Ensure the safety of all the Equipment and Man Power.
4.To maintain the plant operation parameters and to ensure smooth functioning.
5.Immediate field visit in case of any emergency.
6.Analyzed and tested data to identify the root cause of plant problems.
7.Facilitate actions to improve plant performance in the areas of cost, reliability, and capacity.
8.Worked with different unit operations such as chemical treatment, filtration, settling, electrolytic cells, crystallization, liquefaction, evaporation, solid conveying system.
9.Responsible for shift production.
