FIELD OERATOR

I have special experience of commissioning or pre commissioning and operating activities in Hydrogen Manufacturing, Molecular sieve unit in ASU plant, Methanol distillation, synthesis gas reactor, and reformer

I am working in Hydrogen gas generation and syngas generation Plant project from inception stage. I am involved in basic and detail engineering and erection and normal operation, startup and shutdown of the projected plant.
• Worked as a Project Team member of the successful planning, erection and commissioning of Methanol plant. Have experience of working in Synthesis gas sections, reactors, Distillation Unit, Reformer etc of Methanol plant. it has capacity of 600 MTD .
• I have completed Molecular sieve revamp in Air separation plant Of Ammonia plant.
• I have completed Ammonia Loop Revamp Project (Series 50) synthesis Section in Ammonia Plant in June 2010 for capacity enhancement. It has capacity of 1750 MTPD.I Worked as a Project Team member of the successful planning, erection and commissioning and operation of gassifier which feedstock is LSHS OIL.
• I have co-ordinate with various Licensers like M/s Linde-Germany,M/s Lurgi-Germany,M/s Haldor Topsoe A/S-Denmark ,TOYO Japan.
• Plant normal shutdown & emergency shutdown of ammonia plant.
• Plant operation of Hydrogen plant.
