Receiving, reviewing and processing Material and Subcontract requisitions including Project Controls, Project Manager approval and up to final approval including ACO (Administrative Contracting Officer, DCMA). Receiving, reviewing and processing AFR (additional fund request), Award documentation summary, Bid Tabulation. Receiving, reviewing and processing TE package (Technical Evaluation) and obtain respond and approval from end user. Seeking the maximum value for company through time and cost agreements while working with technology advanced products. Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies. Monitoring and tracking requisitions/materials including ACL/UCO/LOTD Construction Projects and assisting customers with their orders and signing off when the supplies arrive and logging the information in records. Assists with the selection of bidders, preliminary bid evaluation, brand comparisons and final award of bids. Assisting in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased. Assisting in negotiations, rate and evaluate vendors and suppliers. Provides advice and guidance to clients on procurement matters, and coaches them on relevant processes to ensure client needs are met. Analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.
Provides advice and guidance to clients on shipping methods and services, risks, and costs for domestic and international shipments, analyses logistical requirements and decides on appropriate methods and services to use, based on standard practice, and plans, executes and monitors shipments. Maintain stock level and handling inventory control, issuing, receiving, shipping and turn-in; overview and assist warehouse and logistic operations. Follow up with Vendors on purchase orders, to ensure all materials and parts etc. arrive on time, pricing issues tackled and unmatched Purchase Orders, to an invoice, are solved. Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed. Reviewing PO’s and create shopping carts in SAP. Expedite vendor inquiries, concerns etc.Extensive skills in Procurement database online software such as SAP, STEAM/MAXIMO and PSR. Conducting Daily Reports on job performance.
