I worked at TATA Projects Ltd as an Engineer for the work inside TATA Steel. I was deputed through TATA Business Support Services & Corrival Corporate Consultant.
Job Responsibility:
• Inspection of old structural building to check strength.
• Participation in pre-inspection and post-inspection meetings with client & Vendors.
• In first stage of inspection carry out visual inspection of entire area and prepare layout for the identification.
• Check the thickness of corroded area mainly on main support like columns, rafter & beams.
• Witness suitable Non-Destructive Testing.
• Prepare final inspection reports with suitable recommendation.


I worked at Econ Engineers Private Ltd. in Quality Control Department as an Inspection Engineer for the inspection of Pre Engineering Building Structures.
Job Responsibility:
• Inspection of raw material as per QAP & P.O. and reviewing of mill test certificate (MTC) and related documents for traceability and conformance to mechanical /chemical properties in accordance with applicable Codes & standard.
• Verification of correctness of welding consumables (electrodes, filler wires, consumable inserts, gases, fluxes etc.)
• Inspection of Pre Engineering Building Structure (such as columns , beams, Rafters, Bracings, Build up beams ,Plate, pipe supports ,stairs ,ladders , Hand rails) as per approved drawings.
• Verification that dimensions fit up and weld preparations are in accordance with the engineering drawings.
• Surveillance during welding to verify compliance with specified procedure including any preheat, interpass temperature control and post heat requirements.
• Establishing that a procedure is available, has been approved as required by the appropriate authority and is being employed in production.
• Control of welding process as per applicable WPS & PQR requirements in process inspection.
• Monitoring and expedition of NDT requirements.
• Final visual & painting inspection.
• Preparation of inspection reports.

1) M.Tech in Petroleum Exploration(2012-14) from University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun with an aggregate of 78.80%
2) B.E in Mechanical Engineering (2008-12) from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu with an aggregate of 83.30%
3) Diploma in Industrial Safety from Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University, Tamilnadu with an aggregate of 74.60% in 2012.

Diploma in Product Design, NDT- Level II VT, PT, UT, MT & RT and QA QC in Mechanical
