I can bring a varied and extensive experience of oil and gas field operations, an experience that will enable me to make a valuable contribution to any oil and gas field operation.

• I have been working continuously with the Focus Energy Ltd. since June 2011. I had joined Focus Energy Ltd as Project Coordinator and then promoted to Assistant Manager.
• At present I am taking care of Operations and project management of following 3 types of rigs at company’s onshore block RJ/ON/6 in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan).

Job Profile-

Assistant Manager (June 2012 to till date):

• Support the recruitment planning processes, consult on and design sourcing strategies.
• Responsible for hiring, training and building a strong team and crew of high performance personnel.
• Management of the day-to-day drilling activities.
• Assign work to staff to obtain maximum utilization of personnel.
• Direct and monitor the drilling operation and provide supervision and guidance as needed.
• Safe work permits system developing, Training and Implementing.
• Safe working methods in Operational areas.
• Coordinate activities that impact job safety with the company and other contractors at work site.
• Conducting preparation work prior to rig set up.
• Managing the set up and take down of rigs.
• Ensure that the entire drilling or well servicing operation runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and operation of oil field equipment.
• Coordination of the rig crews, typically six to seven crews.
• Handling personnel issues.
• Ensure that operations comply with company policies and government regulations.

Project Coordinator (June 2011 to May 2012):

• Ensure pre move meetings are held with relevant departments.
• Ensure new point survey is conducted prior to rig move.
• Perform rig move safely and in accordance with QP Operations Procedures and Guidelines.
• Ensure that all records and reports are completed and archived on completion of each rig move.
• Coordination and completion of rig move from completed well to proposed well.
• Responsible for the welfare and organization of crew.
• Managing rig movement and rig building of 9 onshore rigs.
• Managing crew for 7 onshore rigs accounting more than 450 employees.

June-2009- B.C.A. from CSJM University, Kanpur secured First Division.
June-2006- Intermediate from U.P. Board secured Second Division.
