Professional Experience
A Certified Business Continuity Practitioner with 11+ years experience in the Business Continuity Management (BCM) field. Have worked on numerous projects in Middle East and Australasia.
Experienced in business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery methodologies. Familiar with industry standards and good understanding of business continuity best practices.
Significant experience in working on and leading BCM projects across a broad range of business sectors including hospitals, universities, local government, financial & insurance institutions, infrastructure & utilities organizations, pharmaceutical manufacturers and service industries.
Work directly with clients to reinforce the need for a Business Continuity programme. Preparation of project frameworks and proposals for client sign off and acceptance. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommended controls to mitigate or eliminate risks. Undertaken numerous business impact analysis programmes through range of mediums including workshops, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis to establish RTO and RPOs. Report findings to senior management. Develop recovery strategies and designed plans appropriate to organisation’s requirements. Facilitate BCM exercise (testing) and plan maintenance programmes. Drive visibility of BCM programmes through training, information sessions and exercises. Work with clients to update/maintain their plans. Conduct plan audits. Prepared Communications Plans and other Emergency Management documentation.
