FIELD OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handling of Instrument materials , Electrical, Fire Alarm, Data Cabling, Air Conditioning, Boilers, and all mechanical works System, and all mechanical works, Civil Painting, Structural Fabrication, Structure Rehabilitation Work, Water Proofing, Furniture, False Ceiling, Civil Eng works and other service Engineer for:

Receiving the materials,
Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency & safety.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
Update Warehouse Management System via computer terminal, bar-code reading system, or other input.
Prepare and provide weekly inventory reports.
Perform inventory cycle counting and supports in periodical physical counts.
Perform tasks associated with Kitting, Investigate and resolves local inventory & warehouse issues, as requested by supervisor.
Ensure compliance with established polices, procedures & Standards.
Comply with applicable company policies including, but not limited, to personnel and QHSE.To arrange the storage facilities to be well secured, safe, adequate and well maintained and that the Inventory and Custody materials are well preserved.
To supervise the stores housekeeping and the update of the filing system.Monitored the functioning of all equipments of the store and in case of any failure reported the same to the supervisor.
Reported to the store manager on the regular basis regarding the demand of items so that the future orders can be made accordingly
