ALE Middle East LLC Regional HSQE Advisor
•Covering all regions within the Middle East and South Africa, including offshore installations.
•Responsible for the leadership and management of the HSQE function within the UAE.
•Reporting directly to the Regional HSQE Manager.
•Ensure at all times employees/subcontractors, implement and adhere to the HSQE policies of the company.
•Ensure that Middle East and other ALE locations are pro-active in its HSQE approach and drive through a safe working ethic throughout the business
•To implement and conduct a Safety Awareness/Behavioral Safety Program across all operations within the regions, covering Senior Management to operational levels within the organization.
Power Electrics, Bristol HSQE Manager
•Responsible for the implementation of the Company Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies.
•Coordinating with departmental managers to ensure all departments are compliant.
•Carry out training as required to ensure that all employees are fully aware of the relevant Health & Safety and Quality procedures to be followed when carrying out their work duties.
•Liaising with suppliers to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental systems and mediate with customers and contractors to ensure safe systems of work.
•Communicating with 3rd party consultants to ensure that the Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental policies complied with.
•Carrying out special projects as required.
•Management of the Health & Safety and Quality Teams
•Ensuring compliance with all aspects of the company ISO 9001:2000, 14001, OHSAS 18001 procedures, proactively contributing to the company’s continuous improvement program.
