• Managing project activities and handling project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients
• Gathering product specifications & designing machine components, structural designs using the state of the art structural design softwares such as CAD, getting approvals for the prototype, making modifications & releasing the same for commercial production
• Implementing accordingly to all standards & maintaining records of design as per the institutional requirements and that of the treating consultants
• Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the design, development processes and working towards value-addition
