Seeking a senior management assignment as Manager- Quality Assurance / Quality Management Representative in a reputed firm

Job Profile:
As Quality Management Representative handling the following key tasks with defined Key Performance Indices:
•Conducting periodic meetings with team & maintaining the operational parameters to achieve targets
•Responsible in conducting ISO 9001:2000 Internal Audit across the company and projects.
•Responsible in System Audit at various departments, Top Management, and in conducting verification audit for closing of non-conformances.
•Formulating audit report, and follow-ups for corrective or preventive actions.
•Coordinating with external Auditors for surveillance audits.
•Organizing and handling Management Review Meetings, and presenting through the top management the measurable of quality objectives, results of internal and external audits, status of corrective and preventive audits, customer complaints, analysis report, feedback and satisfaction survey result.
•Controlling and reviewing of Company Quality Management Systems and Quality Manuals.

Key Contributions:
•Spearheaded the entire Quality Assurance /Quality Control operations & introduced best practices in the work
•Successfully coordinated with LR - Quality Assurance for external audits and achieved ISO Certificate for company.
•Implemented ISO System Document Control on various sites & departments.
•Instrumental in bring out the first revision to Quality Manuals as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
•Independently handled, coordinated, and implemented the process of QMS throughout the company.
•Promoted in work responsibilities based on dedication, committed work approach, and demonstrated performance.

•Bachelors Degree in Industrial & Management Engineering, Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Alexandria, Egypt, GPA 2.98 (2000)

•Undergoing a Certified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence course (In process), American Society for Quality, USA (UAE)
•Completed Internal Auditing Course ISO 9001:1994, Jordanian Engineers Association
•Underwent a training module on Total Quality Management, organized by Jordanian Engineers Association in collaboration with Lloyds Register
