Electrical Superintendent/QC Inspector
Work closely with different construction disciplines. Responsibilities include supervising electrical construction contractors to ensure the Electrical and Instrumentation installation is as per the project design, specifications, schedules and safety procedures. Supervise pre- commissioning group during testing and energizing of electrical equipment and motor solo-runs. Overseeing all new electrical installation in sub Stations. MCC; LT; UPS; FIRE & ALARM; Cable installations; Glanding; Terminations; HVAC systems; Core cutting; Cable Trays. Reporting day to day activities and progress. Weekly meetings, planning and safety. Assisting in cable testing and energizing. Doing documentation and walk down with the client and hand over off buildings, systems and cables.

During the time with Pearl I also worked closely with the Instrumentation Technician and there were HSSD (High Sensitivity Smoke Detectors) installed and in the computer room where a higher volume of air is present the Alann Higginson Systems were installed and it was explained to me that was to shut off the air conditioners when a signal was detected. I was also much part of the installation of panels.

During the time also supervising the installations and testing of the Catholic Protection in the plant.
