Professional Experience
-Manage and supervise the works in Projects Control Department including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, cash flow, budget and progress reports of multiple large projects (listed below) for Aramco and Total.
-Lead and provide guidance to planners in preparation of project baseline schedule, resource loaded schedule, manpower histogram, equipments schedule by type, project status report, S-Curve for EPC, critical path and near critical path, 3 weeks look ahead, schedule by discipline and by area, invoices and other reports as required by the client.
-Review and assist cost controllers to prepare monthly cost reports of projects to the executive management. The cost report includes earned value analysis, budget baseline, actual cost and revenue, variances (actual versus budget), cost & schedule performance, cost estimate at completion, forecast profit/loss, cash flow, cost & revenue trend analysis and recommendations.
