Finance & Accounts Manager
Key member of the Profit Center management team and reporting to the CEO/CFO/Profit Center Head of the Company. Aiding strategic & financial planning and responsible for the Costing & Accounting matters. Duty & responsibility includes the following:-
•Overseeing the Company's Profit Center financial& cost accounting reporting systems with a team of Finance & Accounting professionals.
•Performing financial planning & implement the Company developed financial policies and procedures in accordance with the company’s strategic vision, mission & objectives
•Periodically reviewing & evaluating the company’s financial system (processes, policies & procedure) and suggest the necessary improvements to the Management where required
•Analyze, prepare & discuss a wide spectrum of financial reports in order to foster the Management /Profit Center decision making
•Planning & managing, organizing and supervising professional budgeting activities in accordance with laid down principles and procedures of finance, budgeting and cost control.
•Supervising & evaluating the overall performance of the finance team and do the necessary actions when required.
•Implemented & monitor besides evaluating theCompany laid down budget policies /procedures and make the required recommendations as necessary
•Ensuring adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available for all Project/Capital purchases .Following the ERP based project/jobs control and costing systems for the contracting sector. Ensuring all the project purchases are within the budget assigned.
•Preparing monthly analysis of Cost of sales & Operational expenses against comparative prior year and budget.
•Preparing the Profit centers strategic and long-term business plans and developing financial management mechanisms besides new process re-engineering. Studying & interpreting the financial information besides monitoring the cash flow for the Profit center.
•Coordinating with the Statutory auditors for the annual audit of financials for the Profit center besides ensuring required compliances with Ministries, Bankers and Statutory organization
