Solid background on design engineering, covering all likely plant communication systems: LAN/WAN, VoIP PABX, Process CCTV, Security Systems, UHF & TETRA Radio Systems, PAGA & Paging Systems, Ethernet wireless, SDH systems and Fibre Optic networks (including pipeline & sub-sea fibre optic cables), microwave radio. Direct hands-on experience in project execution from conceptual design, feasibility studies and front-end design activities to detailed design (experience ranging from Site Survey to EPCM) strong leadership with excellent communication and technical skills.
My experience is focused in:
1.-Design engineering, start-up & roll out:: Fibre Optic Transmission Systems, microwave and wireless (SDH, PDH, IP), Integrated Voice , Data & Video network, Integrated LAN & VOIP telephony, PABX/ IP PABX telephone, System, Intruder Detection and Alarm System (IDAS), Security Access control System, CCTV, PAGA & Paging, Plant Radio System (VHF/UHF, TETRA and Marine Radios), Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) & battery backup.
2.-Project Management (On site & Office): Preparation of documents like system block diagram, data sheet, Equipment specification, technical evaluation report, field installation layout, review and checking of contractor’s EPC proposals and RFQ’s in Conceptual, Basis and Detail phases for telecom facilities in Oil & Gas Industry, continuous adherence to PMI procedures and international standards, sensitive to compliance with HSE policies.
