• Possesses 2+ years of Experience as Project Engineer in process Automation.
• Have work experience of Allen Bradley System (Factory Talk View) and PLC programming (RSLOGIX 5000).
• Have work experience of Allen Bradley System (RS View) and PLC programming (RSLOGIX 500).
• Have work experience of Honeywell System (Experion PKS) and PLC programming (Soft master).
• Development of PLC program and Operator Friendly SCADA Application on the basis of the given requirement.
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning for control systems in Oil & Gas plants, Chemical plant, Distillery, etc.
• Has proficiency in several programming languages and control device networks for DCS systems, PLC’s, or PC’s.
• Participation in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) of instrumentation/control packages as necessary.
• Configurations required in the system [Control Loops, Alarms, trends, Process Displays, Historian, Process Summary, Reports, Operator Action Journal]
• Preparation of All The Documents Like Instrument Index, System Configuration, System Architecture, I/O List, Data Sheet, Control Cable Schedule ,etc.
• Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.
• Calculation of IO points and suggesting the best PLC and SCADA Software.
• Attend kickoff meetings with the clients for understanding the project requirements.
• Familiar with field instruments i.e. Mass flow transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Differential pressure transmitter, Temperature transmitter etc of different manufactures like as Endress+Hauser, Honeywell, Emerson system etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

2011 B.E. (E&TC) from PUNE University Secured with First Class (65.5%)
2007 HSC from DSC Latur. Secured with First class (64.5%)
2005 SSC from CBSE Board, JNV Latur. Secured with distinction (79.6%)
