Coordinated and facilitated leadership training courses, such as E-Colors Awareness, Incident- and Injury-Free Operations, Operational Discipline. Mentored NOJV HES personnel, by means of sharing OE best practices and reinforcing existing NOJV HES processes. Coordinated monthly HES meetings. Reported and tracked project’s HES metrics.
