Inputs Required for Stress Analysis Classification of Critical & Non Critical Lines Expansion Loop Design & Flexibility Calculations as per ASME B31.3. Wind Load Calculation Flange Leakage Calculation Building of Input Model, Introduction to LOAD CASES & Building Up. Pump Suction Model & Analysis, Pump Discharge Model & Analysis, Fired Heater Lines & Analysis, Static Analysis of Model Qualifying Nozzle as per API 610 – Pump Nozzle Analysis Qualifying Nozzle as per API 560 Analysis for Fire Water Heaters.

Hands on experience in Micro Tunneling Operation - Part of 100M underground pipe laying operation. Cutter Head inspection & replacement, Slurry pump operation & testing, Laser Guidance, Hydraulic Pump operation and testing. Slurry collection, Filtering and disposal.

Iron ore process Plant - Operation of Ball Mill for Crushing the iron ore, Filtration of iron ore concentrate by Vacuum & Hydraulic press, Preparation of iron ore pellets using Pelletizer, Heating of iron pellets using Indurating machine. Transportation of iron ore and iron pellets using conveyors to the storage sheds.
