• First point of contact for site orientation, visitor verification and arrival confirmations . Daily updates and data entry in Open Wells application capturing, tracking, reporting, rig activity analysis, and managing drilling activities for wells.• Data entry, update muster sheet, sub-register with serial numbers, descriptions and open well daily cost tracking
• Ensuring all outgoing equipment and manifest accuracy including Bill of Laden and material transfer • Assist with ordering equipment to ensure manifest matches load out lists, logistics, and daily meetings • Maintain rental register for all rented equipment on location, includes serial numbers and detail descriptions • Maintain distribution lists for reports, logs, charts, inventory, and access to connex buildings • Inspect all outgoing equipment before location departure • Maintain STOP Card Award Register, STOP Card collection from tool pushers during safety meetings

• Establish materials plan, inspection, expediting, receiving, staging and issuing of turnaround or project materials
• Execute plan and return unused materials and goods and inventoried
• Maintain and issue material status report for responsible areas
• Set up materials history file to capture all material control and spec documents • Collect all documents from data sheets for all material
