Responsibilities
 Responsible for preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work in Primavera version P6.
 Delivered Power Point Presentations at various levels
 Coordinated with Consultant, Contractor & statutory authorities (Boiler Inspector and Labor inspector) for work inspections and approvals.
 Conducted site progress review meetings for monitoring of project, identifying problems related to work progress & highlighting of the same

Project Title: Revamp of Gas Oil Hydrogen Desulphurization (July’ 08 – Nov’ 2010)
Value: 1.15 billion INR
Description
Increasing throughput by 30% and Production of Euro IV compliant low sulphur Gas Oil. Main modification was introduction of a new reactor and associated equipment.
Responsibilities
 Preparation of Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work.
 Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Procurement and Construction Package and advice the Projects Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
 Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress.
 Review of Progress Reports/Charts and submit to the Department Heads.
