Total more than 10 years’ experience in Quality control as welding QC supervisor / Inspector different projects related with Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical and Cement plants.
A comprehensive back ground in structural fabrication & welding Techniques, coupled with the duties of an Inspector/Quality Controller/Supervisor Conversant with International codes & standards (ASME-API-ANSI-etc) plus client specifications. Able to motivate & Co-ordinate with other personnel into achieving quality accepted targets & liaise with clients & their representatives plus other department personnel. Projects have included structures for topside utilities, platforms, jackets, pressure vessels, piping fabrication and erection, pipelines, tank farms, plant shut downs. Clients have included major oil & gas companies, petrochemical, power industries.
Duties have been carried out included monitoring & supervising Procedure Qualification records, welding procedure specifications, welder qualification test, in process production welding and final visual inspections. Preparation and review of traceability of materials & consumables procedures, QA/QC plans and Procedures. Witness and monitoring full dimensional survey, Non Destructive Testing and Hydro testing.
Control of multi disciplined/national workers (Supervising other Inspectors, NDT personal and work crews), Documentation, Record Keeping, Working with computerized systems.
