Highlights:
Manage entire accounting, reporting & controlling financial operations at Oman ABB.
Maintain financial accounting system in accordance with accepted standards
Monitor entire accounting operations which include weekly & monthly financial reporting, cash management, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance & journal entries.
Analyze financial data and extract &define relevant information
Direct and ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements and reports in conformance with USGAAP & SOX; provides analysis and approves external reports required by regulatory bodies.

Monitor the accounts payable area and assist with issues between accounts payable & purchasing and also supervise the accounts receivable area while assisting with issues between accounts receivable and sales
Update policies and procedures as necessary to accommodate changes and accounting requirements and enforce compliance with company policies & procedures as they relate to the financial & budgeting areas.
Prepare the comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies;assist in the annual financial audit and any special audit.
Develop, manage and motivate a team of finance professionals and supervise fixed assets and all year-end reconciliations.
Responsible for ABB Pension Fund for all employees and for entire Group Trade financial transactions (GTO).
Responsible for Country tax and Country treasury(GTO).
Handle FI and control modules in SAP.
