1. Investigated and resolved discrepancies in monthly bank accounts while under tight deadlines.
2. Collaborated extensively with auditors during preliminary and year-end audit processes.
3. Reviews supplier invoices, general ledger coding expenses and verify supplier's payments with supporting invoices, LPO's, payrolls, calculations of leave salary & end of benefits and etc.
4. Monitor the Receivables and Accounts Payables.
5. Verify expenses reimbursement with supporting documents and ensure that they are in accordance with the policies and procedures..
6. Prepare the general ledger reconciliation.
7. Adjust entries to be prepared on the basis of general ledger reconciliation.
8. Prepare post and update standard journal vouchers and adjustment journal voucher entries at the month end, such as: Prepaid expense, operating provisions, payroll, payroll accruals, general store issues, project store issues, accruals, provisions, allocation of expenses, etc.
9. Prepare reconciliation on projects (General ledger against the certificates/payments received).
10. Prepare bank reconciliation statement and review general ledger at month end.
11. Prepare Monthly Financial Statements.
12. Prepare Quarterly Report for Management and Head Office.
13. Prepare Yearly Financial Reports. .
14. Liaising with banks (L/C, Trust Receipts, LG, PG), internal/external auditors and legal office.
