• Complete responsibility for all Damac Contract Catering Operations locations across Southern Iraq, comprising of UK Forces; US Military; KBR US; PIJV; Washington Group and Wetherfords.
• Successes include increasing the number of British Military Contracts, due to superb client relations.
• Lead Manager in Soft FM Tender for the British Military in Afghanistan.
• Project management for the mobilization of 4 kitchen / dining facilities for sites in Baghdad and Umm Qasr Port, and operation of camps, providing a full service at 9 locations.
• Providing own infrastructure; life support; training staff / locally recruited workers and supply of personnel to the military in various disciplines, in a very short time from contract award to commencement of service.

June 2001 - November 2004 General Manager, Courdeau Catering, Nigeria.
• Responsibility for the Courdeau Contract Catering Operations.
• Principal clients: Exxon Mobil; Agip; Total Fina Elf; Chevron; Shell and Haliburton.
•Responsible for catering services; shipping containers; supplies and logistics for onshore and offshore oil sites.
• Autonomy for the business, reporting to the owners on a quarterly basis.
• Coordinating the marketing and business development of the company.
