Professional Experience
Maintain and create an effective filing system.
• Handle day-to-day operations of personnel functions & provide all-rounded personnel duties & operations
• Assist to formulate HR related policies and procedures
Recruiting new employees as per requirement for production.
• Maintain the employees Short terms & Long terms contracts record.
• Assist management in recruiting employees in their departments or Divisions.
• Accomplish course for new join employees.
• Develop and maintain the Recruitment plan for Company as required.
• Ensure that the Company complies with the Labor Law of KSA.
• Ensure legal compliance for employment legislations.
• maintain filing system of employee’s history, Contract, Medical fitness, Call of Request, Insurances & etc.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Ensure the employee leave request has been approved and also the joining back. And attach the return Notice with the documents of salaries then send it to salaries accountant.
• Follow up the employee’s payroll payments and dues.
• Opening bank accounts for employees.
• Stop the salaries of employees in case of dropping out of work.
• The adoption of letters of resignations of staff or end of services and hand over the letters to employees.
• Preserve employees’ evaluation/performance and make sure that data and statements are exact.
• Consider to start next procedures of employees who completed the probation period.
• Payroll checking and verification for open and closed salary time entries. Preparation of settlements for employees going on leave (Leave Settlement), employees who will be permanently transfer to other site and employees who resigned and terminated (Final Settlement).
