Erection and Commissioning for Paradip Refinery (CPP) at odisha
Client: Indian Oil Corporation ltd. Paradip Refinery at odisha.
PMC: Engineers India ltd,

Duration: April, 2012– till date.
Capacity of Plant: 365 MW
My Contribution: Erection in BOP [Gas turbine, GT BOP { HSD & NAPTHA Fine filter skid} ,Boiler Feed Water Pump, Deaerator, Centrifugal pump house, Fuel oil pump house, Auxiliary cooling water pump house, Condensate tank, Cooling tower, Fuel oil Tank area, Dosing skids etc..]

 Advanced Diploma in control & instrumentation management from Chemin C&I.
Undergone training course for Control and Automation using DCS (Yokogawa-CS 1000 DCS Fundamentals engineering).
Undergone training on Fire safety & emergency preparedness from V4 fire protection systems.

As an Instrument Engineer ,
 Study of contract and scope of work.
 Understand the P & ID, Hook-up drawing, Interconnection drawing, Graphical drawing.
 Good knowledge in pressure, temperature, level, flow.
 Experience in maintenance and calibration of pneumatic & electronic temperature, pressure, flow& level transmitters and switches such as Rosemount (3051, 2088, 3144p), Yokogawa (EJA430A-STYLE-S1), ABB (2600T, 266RST, 264DS, 266HSH), Honeywell (ST 3000), Endress-hauser.
 Maintenance of control valve of different make and models related equipments such as I/P converters positions, pressure switches such as Switzer (6R 306 06 B5DDDZ, 6K 310 N5 D3B55B, 12SHDN8F), pressure gauge(switzer, general, waaree , forces marshal) and Air filters regulators.
 Fair knowledge in ladder logic development for PLC (OMRON, ABB-RS micro logics 500).
Trouble shooting and Error debugging.
Preparation of JB Schedule, cable schedule, Tray selection and Routing.
Inspection of installation pre- commissioning & commissioning.
Knowledge in areas like Gas turbine, HRSG, UB, Stream turbine, BFP, Deaerator, Centrifugal pump house, Fuel oil pump house, Auxiliary cooling water pump house, Condensate storage tank, Cooling tower, Tank area, FRP cooling tower, HSD & NAPTHA Fine filter skid, Dosing skid etc..
