Summary
Expert researcher in seismic imaging, proficient in geophysics and principally in Data-Driven processing systems that work in order to create a subsurface image from raw seismic data.
I have M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and I can offer an experience of five years in an Italy Research institute, where I made R&D in geophysics.
I worked on data-driven imaging methodologies, like CRS (Common Reflection Surface) and my main research interest is a Data-Driven PSTM (PreStack Time Migration) that is a innovative way to do a migration without any type of velocity field (or volume), but just starting by data.
Experienced in design, prototyping and industrialization of seismic imaging software for highly parallelized HPC environments that I collected during five years at CRS4, where I made R&D and developed software principally in C++, but also in Fortran, Python, and more programming languages, all this for high Performance computing (HPC).
I would like underline that my work has been always commissioned by OIL & GAS industry.
