Inspection Field

* Total of 22 years of experience, out of which 18 years in overseas which includes in Oil & Gas field Inspection, Quality Control and Non Destructive Testing along with Corrosion Monitoring in On Stream Inspection. Works involved in Gas Oil Separation Plant, Water Injection Plant, Well Head, Heat Exchangers, cross country pipeline, onshore & offshore Piping and Topside modification, Risers Installation, Drilling Equipment for DG Pile system, Anchor and PLEM Installation, Piping & Structural for Petrochemical Plants, Pressure Vessel ,Power Plants and Storage Tanks.
* Leading the inspection personnel to achieve the targets and plan to maintain the integrity of piping and equipment’s by allocating appropriate personnel to suit the requirement. Monitor and through Knowledge in Electronic gages for weld and material integrity inspection and Weld Data Loggers system such as ALX II & MAL II
* Preparation of QCP, PQR, WPQ & WPS and witnessing PQR & WPQ for various projects. Follow up corrective action to improve quality system. Control of welders' performance in production welding & Coatings.
Familiar with range of materials including carbon steel, low alloy steels, stainless steels & nickel-based alloys and all common welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW.
* Witness / review of all Blasting and coating activities at field and on board such as Salinity test, Surface preparation, FBE application and adhesion tests. Inspection of surface preparation and coating inspection on pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks and structures.
* Working together with clients. Reviewing & maintaining all kind of welding documents and as built Drawings.
* Preparation of all inspection reports for submission to clients and maintain their inspection filing system.
* Radiographic film interpretation and evaluation in compliance with relevant codes.
* Working Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System & through knowledge in MS Office System.
