Carry out stage by stage inspections and test to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards and reduce rejections.
Responsible for seamless functioning of entire gamut of quality control related operations.
Supervising Quality Assurance & maintenance activities involving engagement, guidance and motivation of technicians in quality assurance & maintenance domains. Conducting Initial Quality Study (IQS).
Holds credential in conducting Stage Inspection including Final inspection, receiving Inspection, Outward inspection.
Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
Experienced in handling the complete project operations entailing planning, resource utilization, procurement and manpower management.
Proficient at maintaining cordial relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention

BE Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
CSWIP 3.1/ Certified Welding Inspector [CERT No 65787]

Undergone a course on Non-Destructive testing
•Liquid Penetrant Testing as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A 2001
•Magnetic Particle Testing as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A 2001
•Radiography Testing as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A 2001
•Ultrasonic Testing as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A 2001
