Over 26 years of professional experience in COST CONTROL of large and complex projects related to the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industries in Venezuela and Internationally. This includes the integration and implementation of SAP R/3 systems in PDVSA (Petróleos de Venezuela S.A.) and subsidiaries and Mineral & Metals.
Has successfully worked:
•Onsite in Egypt during the construction phase of a new build LNG project.
•Based in France, Malaysia and Spain for the Joint Venture team on the Dung Quat Refinery (DQR) Project.
•Office based in Spain for the Engineering and Procurement stage and Site based in Ruwais, UAE for Borouge 2 Construction phase for the Utilities, Offsites and External Interconnections for a Petrochemical plant.
•Office based in Chile for Early Works and Execution Phase for Escondida Organic Growth Project 1.
•Onsite in Panama during the construction management for all Structures of the Copper Mine Project.
