Follow up all maintenance steps through the creation of maintenance record sheets on rig equipments are kept accurate and updated, which includes re-assembling engines, air compressors, drawworks, elmagco brake system, mud pumps, DC motors systems, pneumatic drilling equipments, hydraulic drilling equipments, desander, desilter, hopper, centrifugal pumps (water pump, desander pump, desilter pump, brake cooling pump, cellar pump), air compressor, fire pumps, air winch, bop handling system, various types of rotating equipments and tools.
Ensure maintenance department is apprised of daily events for assets status through various reports.
Measure key performance indicators (KPI).
Promptly report all accidents, near-miss accidents and non-conformance job through the proper channels.
Describe the maintenance requirements through coordinate with various disciplines and estimation how many labor-hours.
Coordinate operations with various departments to identify technical and materials needed for equipments repairing.
Creating master data in maintenance task list using information inherited from work-orders of functional location and equipment.
Send diagnosing faults and direct reports.
Controlling maintenance tools and ensures that stock of spare parts and kept at optimum levels.
Recording, calculating & monitoring hour meters for rig equipments.
Assisting the tool-pusher in the daily jobs.
Coordinates with warehouse department regarding on materials ordered.
Coordinates with contractors to ensure that maintenance intervention tasks are performed.
Carry out the general HR support to the workshop supervisor on daily basis.
Carry out my duties according to the emergency preparedness action plan.

Applied university studies diploma in mechanics engineering specialize industry maintenance, faculty of oil & chemistry university of Boumerdes. (Mechanics, drilling equipments, transport equipments).
Bachelor in mechanics engineering.

Systems management integrates certificate (QMS & GENIPRO Canada).
Training Certificate Course in HSE as Maintenance Planner.
