Designation:- Assistant Manager Accounts and HR

Responsibilities:-

• To enter Revenue, Expense, Supplier & Customer Invoices(Both Cash & Credit), Payroll and other accounting entries in Computerized Accounting System.(MegTools HR& Accounts Software U.S.A).
• To interact with senior management and staff in a professional manner.
• To prepare internal transfer bills to branches.
• Inventory management.
• To prepare stock reports and report to seniors.
• To prepare debit & credit notes.
• To prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Preparing WPS Payroll.
• To assist in preparation of monthly Financial Reports.
• During this period, I also learned how to deal with suppliers and customers regardng purchases and sales.
• I also learned HR system and work as an HR Manager, dealing with following activities: Employees letters, offer letters, absent forms, vacation forms and gratuity etc & Maintaining up-to-date employee’s data and files.
