I have extensive experience in HPLC, testing finished product, stability, method development & method validation.

 HPLC instrument (UV, Fluorescence, and MS & MS/MS Detectors).
 Knowledge and deal with:
• FDA guideline
• SOP’s (Standard Operation Procedure)
• GLP’s (Good Laboratory Practice)
• GCP’s (Good Clinical Practice)
 Operation and calibration of Instruments: pH meter, balances, freezers, micropipettes, centrifuges, vortex mixture, ultrasonic bath, magnetic stirrer, water bath and oven.
 Developing of stability indicating assay methods of analysis, all other chromatographic methods for purity testing, and other methods of analysis ( Dissolution analysis…etc).

 Validating developed chromatographic methods of analysis.

 Preparation of analytical method validation reports and protocols.

 Maintenance & Qualification for HPLC systems in the lab.

 Instrument troubleshooting during routine analysis on the HPLC systems.

 Writing daily reports related to work done in the section
 Conducting all analytical tests and work procedures within the work area according to safety instructions in the lab.
 Performing calibration and maintenance on the following laboratory equipment (i.e. IR, Dissolution tester, Friability tester, Vacc. Pump, Water Bath, Multi Magnetic Stirrer, Moisture analyzer, pH Meter, Drying Oven, Centrifuge, Refrigerator, UV, Media Heating, Degassing & Dosing device, UPS, HPLC, UPLC, Water System).
 Preparing needed working standards and maintaining certified reference standards, at the same time ordering, maintaining of retained samples of API’s and finished products.
 Performing tasks according to established procedures as well as methods of documentation and data maintenance in the lab.
 Informing and discussing with the unit supervisor any problems that might be faced during his work.
 Ensuring that the lab is maintained in a proper order.
