Working as a project manager in URC Vietnam from 2012 in HCMC Vietnam .
My current KPI is to build a huge coffee- Creamer manufacturing unit in Vietnam & execute major projects in Philippines, & China. Also I am responsible for Beverage & Confectionary projects across Vietnam, Following are my KPI.

„Ď Reviews Regional project construction plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope & Identify risk issues.
„Ď Prepares conceptual Projects layouts & budgets based on minimal information & proposal for management approvals.
„Ď Analyze alternate means and methods to determine the most economical Project alternative. Builds effective relationships with contractors, design team, specialty contractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets project expectations.
„Ď Timely & safely completion of Projects across URC Vietnam , China & Philippines ,
„Ď Put Expertise on specially constructions like extensive Piling for the foundations, various machines foundations & Heavy structures.
„Ď I was Involved in Design & Execution of mechanical fabrication, Utility piping & HVAC works.
„Ď As a Project Manager I led the Project Safety Team for Technical training in China & Manila for safety in construction.
„Ď Also I am heading a Huge Coffee Creamer Expansion Project. This will contribute to spread URC Coffee Business Vietnam Also supporting for URC Confectionery & Beverage,

1998 Diploma in Civil Engineering from Board of Technical Examinations (BTE) Mumbai with First class with distinction. 70.07 %
2011 MBA in Project management from ISBM Hyderabad with A Grade. (Correspondence)
