1. Currently Working with INTAS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD as Executive Production in API Plant from SEPT.2010.
• Process optimization to plant/production, scale-up and trouble shooting, as per GMP norms.
• Engaged in production of oncology products and process improvement, to reduce the cost of Products.(Docetaxel,Paclitaxel,Cabazitaxel and its sidechain)
• Planning monthly, daily production schedule.
• Design the Process operations to achieve maximum efficiency of plant while maintaining high level of safety, avoiding any kind of toxic exposure.
• Transfer of technology up to commercial scale to our facility at Ankleshwar Valia. Unit
• Wastage control through process modification and product recovery.
• Working in a USFDA,MHRA approved plant and doing all documentation like preparing of annexure relating to Deviation,CRF,SOPs etc...
• Using Isolators (Glove Box) for process & packaging of API and it’s cytotoxic Intermediates.

2. I was in CLARIS LIFESCIENCES LTD as Sr.Production officer from june 2009 to sept.2010.
• Worked as shift in-charge.
• Handling all shift planning, operation
• Achieving shift production target, manpower utilization.
